Two models are available for ROSAT PSPC and
HRI point spread function,
a Gaussian and an Analytic model.
CALCULATE/PSF distr [INFO_P_Q_flag] [param] [misdet] [attitude]
- distr : probability distribution, (Gauss or Analytic)
- INFO_P_Q_flag : Info (P_Q_flag=INFO),
Probability (P_Q_flag=P) or
Quantile (P_Q_flag=Q) flag.
The default is P_Q_flag=INFO.
- param : parameters (distribution dependent),
The parameter values have to be separated by commas.
- misdet : Mission, detector identifier. Allowed settings are
ROSAT,PSPC ROSAT,HRI and ROSAT,WFC.
The default is ROSAT,PSPC.
- attitude : name of attitude table. If positions are given as
x_sky and y_sky and the name
of the attitude table is specified,
the off-axis-angle is calculated as distance
from the specified position to the mean
:XOFFSET and :YOFFSET position
from the attitude table.
The parameters depending on the distribution are listed in
Table 5.17.
Table 5.17:
PSF-distribution dependent parameters to be specified for flag
settings flag=P[robability] and flag=Q[uantile]
The model result is written to the keyword array OUTPUTD
as given in
Table 5.18.
Table 5.18:
PSF distribution parameter values and result written to keyword OUTPUTD
Examples are:
CALCULATE/PSF Gauss P 50,10,100
CALCULATE/PSF Analytic Q 50,10,0.9
CALCULATE/PSF Analytic P 50,10,100
CALCULATE/PSF Gauss P 50,0.,1200.,100 attitude
