BAKIRLITEPE
Site is operated as the national observatory under the administration of TUG Institute of TUBITAK (Scientific and Technical Research Council of Turkey), located approximately 50 kilometers north of Antalya, Turkey. There are two telescopes of sizes 1.5 and 0.40 meter. The 1.5 m telescope is a joint project between IKI RAN (Space Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences), EAO (Engelhardt Astronomical Observatory) and Scientific and Technical Research Council of Turkey. The 0.40 m telescope is donated by University of UTRECHT.
One of the robotic telescopes of "Robotic Optical Transient Search Experiment" ROTSE will be installed in fall 2003 as a part of ROTSE Collaboration.
