Bins a curve of selected parameters from an Mkfilter output file.

xsel > mkfbin <param> <dtime>

If no value of mkf_name is given, then Xselect will look for the mkf file in data_dir, using the regular expression in the hidden parameter mkf_def_expr. Otherwise it will use the file given.

xsel > mkfbin ``RBM_MON GASX" 120.0

This bins the relevant parameters in 120-sec bins.
