clear 280-clear - clears variables, etc. clears variables, etc.

Clears various states of XSELECT. It does not, however, remove the observation catalogue files, so they can be used again by the user.

xsel > clear clear_what

Clear all clears all logicals, and all data files and deletes the workspace files and product files. Clear data does the same, but leaves the instrument and plot device set. The others are self evident.
