burst 259-burst - eliminate bursts of data eliminate bursts of data

xsel > burst <burst_time> <keep_first>

This option (not implemented yet) will allow the user to eliminate bursts of data from an event list. One example is the microphonics events present in low-countrate BBXRT data, where a burst of five or six spurious events may be seen. The command creates a new event list excluding those events which occur closer than a time <burst_time> to each other. If <keep_first> is set to YES, the first event within the burst is retained. If it is set to NO, all events including the first are eliminated.
